Welcome to my site! I hope that through this media format some of my views can be conveyed to the public that are important to me as I run for office.

Whether it be Federal, State or the Local level, the decision to run for office is one that should be considered with what is best for the individual running as well as their family first and foremost. Without the support of friends and family it makes no sense to continue. From there, it should be a purpose or desire to serve that makes one choose to run for such a position. Public office requires sacrifice, accountability, sometimes a "thick skin"  and the ability to make difficult decisions that may not always make you popular.

Much of my campaign centers around family, community and what we can all do in our own way to contribute to society in the form of volunteerism or "Active Citizenship".

I choose to run for DeKalb County Board in District 5 for several reasons. Through the next couple pages I hope to convey those thoughts to you.
